Queued runs require automation-worker.timer (or python3 scripts/automation_worker.py). They currently ignore catalog/docs/web toggles.

orchestrate (route→draft→safety) orchestrate v2 (critic/revise)

Orchestration is operator-only by default (localhost/admin). Remote calls may ignore this flag. v2 runs more local model calls than v1.

Tag hints are honored only on localhost/admin. They help bias routing on heterogeneous clusters.
